For me meditation is a process of looking and absorbing what I see and bringing it into full consciousness. Meditation's purpose is initially to help develop clarity and detachment. This enables me to stand back and look at my emotions without entanglement, and gain some insight into them.
I saw this person early in the morning through my front window through the gate to the walk beyond practising tai chai, this has become a common sighting and as I sit and look there is almost a pantheistic quality about the man, his graceful strong movements that blend with the wave and rustle of the branches and leaves with the wind in the trees. It provided a calmness and encouraged me to keep up my own daily yoga practice.
